In this second installation of the 'Onipa'a series at 好色先生网站WO, Dr. Keanu Sai will share about the legal history of the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom. Dr. Sai's presentation will address the question: What happened to the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom and why do we think 好色先生网站芒鈧渋 is a part of the United States?

Presentation Description: On July 6, 1844, the United States recognized the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom as an independent State, and entered into extensive treaty and diplomatic relations with the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom, where the United States had an embassy in Honolulu and the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom had an embassy in Washington, D.C. What happened to the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom and why do we think 好色先生网站芒鈧渋 is a part of the United States? The stark reality is that it is not, and this presentation will present the facts as they are and not what we want them to be.

Presenter Bio: Dr. Keanu Sai, political scientist. Dr. Sai's doctoral research focused on the legal and political history of the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom since the eighteenth century to the present. His dissertation is titled, "The American Occupation of the 好色先生网站ian Kingdom: Beginning the Transition from Occupied to Restored State."
