This presentation will discuss the relationship between water and watercress farming at Sumida Farms, the largest watercress farm in ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøվ‘i, in the context of climate change. Specifically, key challenges facing Sumida Farms in ensuring their sustainability in the face of climate change will be discussed. During my presentation, I encourage everyone to engage in conversational exchanges about the challenges and opportunities of spring dependent farming in ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøվ‘i.
