Moolelo are stories, history, legend, literature, and as part of ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøÕ¾i’s oral tradition, were always performed in the sense of being presented to a live audience. In creating works for performance, some of ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøÕ¾i’s modern writers have returned to that tradition.

This week offers an insider’s look at these new moolelo–stage plays and literature–from the perspective of the actors and writers.
