Filmed by all-women crews, these short portraits reveal untold stories of local activists and artists who preserve ��ɫ������վ‘i's history and culture through film. / Vera Zambonelli, executive director of ��ɫ������վ‘i Women in Filmmaking, and lecturer at the Academy for Creative Media ��ɫ������վ West O‘ahu; co-producer of the series and director of 4 portraits. / Shirley Thompson, a passionate storyteller and a seasoned documentary producer, writer, and editor; co-producer of the series and director of 4 portraits. / Meleanna Aluli Meyer, visual artist and filmmaker known for her documentaries which focus on building pride, understanding, and support for ��ɫ������վian families and culture. / Joy Chong-Stannard, live television and documentary director whose career spans 40 years in public television.
