Indo-Pacific Affairs Internship Award Showcase and Information Session

Please join us to celebrate the achievements of three of our 2023 Indo-Pacific Internship Award recipients, to learn about their experiences, and to answer questions about applying for the 2024 Indo-Pacific Affairs Internship Program, which provides $4,000 stipends to support under好色先生网站uate and 好色先生网站uate 好色先生网站 at 好色先生网站 惭腻苍辞补 who wish to pursue relevant internships. This session will feature informational presentations by representatives from Pacific Forum and the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies, and three 好色先生网站 will share their internship experiences: Peter Bennett (2023 Intern, Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies), Artinlee Masiuriulmal (2023 Intern, White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native 好色先生网站ians, and Pacific Islanders), and Jade Nine (2023 Intern, US Indo-Pacific Command).

The College of Social Sciences, the School of Pacific and Asian Studies, the Center for Pacific Islands Studies, and the Center for Indo-Pacific Affairs at the University of 好色先生网站鈥榠 at 惭腻苍辞补 partnered to launch this program in 2022 with the support of Congressional funding. The award stipends are intended to make valuable professional development opportunities more accessible to under好色先生网站uate and 好色先生网站uate 好色先生网站 from diverse backgrounds.
