Information Session for SUM 24' Smithsonian Native ��ɫ������վian Arts Internship

Join us for an information session to learn about the Summer 2024 Native ��ɫ������վian Arts Internship through the Smithsonian's Folklike Festival. The Smithsonian Folklife Festival is seeking two interns with an interest in or connection to Native ��ɫ������վian or Pacific Islander communities to join the curatorial team and support the 2024 program Indigenous Voices of the Americas. This information session features Laʻakea Ai (��ɫ������վM Anthropology Almuna Spring 22', Summer 23' Native ��ɫ������վian Arts Internship participant, & currently the Digital Humanities Specialist at the Bishop Museum) as well as the Smithsonian Folklife Festival Assistant Curator, Natalie Solis. Q&A session to follow. Application for the internship must be submitted no later than April 10th, 2024.
