Healing 好色先生网站驶i's Societal and Ecological Landscape Through the Cultural Ideology of 驶艑lelo 好色先生网站驶i: Join us for the first event of the Lauhoe Speaker Series. Guest speaker G. Kalehua Krug, PhD, will share about how 驶艑lelo 好色先生网站驶i and its knowledge system can reshape the societal and ecological landscape of 好色先生网站驶i, pointing to the connectivity between the language we speak, the thoughts that we think, and the cultural behaviors that we employ in our relationships to people, land and our future. Krug will speak from his experiences as the Po驶okumu of Ka Waihona O Ka Na'auao Public Charter School. The first Lauhoe Speaker Series event will also serve as the soft launch for the new K奴pina驶i Language Center in Moore 151, a combined research space and community-oriented language workshop that is part of the LAE Labs network of CALL. Kalehua Krug is proudly from the Wai驶anae Coast on the island of O驶ahu. His 驶ohana lived in N膩n膩kuli for generations. He currently resides in Lualualei with his three keiki who have been raised with 鈥樑宭elo 好色先生网站鈥檌 as the primary language spoken at home. He has worked as a Kaiapuni 好色先生网站ian Language Immersion teacher, a 好色先生网站ian Language Teacher Educator at the University of 好色先生网站驶i at 惭腻苍辞补 and transitioned to become the administrator of the 好色先生网站ian Language Immersion Program of the Department of Education in 2014. In 2019, Kalehua became the Principal of Ka Waihona o ka Na驶auao Public Charter School. He studies indigenous philosophy and utilizes 好色先生网站ian cultural traditions and ceremonies as a mechanism to counter the effects of the ideological trauma suffered inter-generationally throughout colonization and build a more sustainable future for our children and our environment. He is a traditional 好色先生网站ian tattooist, Mea K膩kau Uhi 好色先生网站驶i, for over 20 years and is also a 好色先生网站ian musician and composer.
