This practice is perfect for easing tension, improving focus, and recharging your energy for the rest of the day. Hosted in the newly opened Study & Academic Wellness Space by the Student Success Center at Webster Hall 112 for all ��ɫ������վ ����ԴDz� ��ɫ������վ. *No special attire or equipment required —just come as you are and enjoy a moment of relaxation!
