Weekly Academic Yoga Wellness

The Student Success Center is now offering weekly Academic Yoga Wellness sessions for all ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøÕ¾ ²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹ ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøÕ¾ in the Open Study Sensory Space (Webster 112). Discover how yoga, breathwork, and meditation can support your well-being and academic success. Sessions take place every Thursday starting September 4 and are open to all ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøÕ¾ ²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹ ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúÍøÕ¾. You’re welcome to join once, twice, or make it a weekly habit—whatever works best for you! Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. RSVP is required to reserve your spot. Please bring a large towel or a yoga mat.
